This course is designed to take you through the steps you need to make sure you get good value out of any tenders and contracts. You’ll be taken through the procurement cycle, from identifying the need for a new product or service, through the sourcing options, how to write up solid tenders and evaluate responses, and how to manage the delivery of the contract. Once the course is completed, participants will have a solid understanding of how to prepare plans and manage tender and contract strategies, as well as how to manage contracts to get the best out of suppliers.
