This course will examine some of issues around this shift, looking at the changes taking place in a number of different cultures. It will look at whether women are treated the same as men, and whether workplaces have adjusted to accommodate this growing gender diversity. It will look at the argu­ments for gender diversity in leadership and man­agement roles, and examine the evidence around gender-based differences in approaches to business, from conflict management to teamwork.

Course format

The course is a combination of classroom time and learning workshops. Classroom sessions are inten­sive and participative and will include a variety of approaches such as lectures, group discussions and practical exercises. A number of guest lecturers will also make presentations, aiding the overall learning experience.
