Course description and benefits
This programme informs on standardized systems of building enterprise-wide accountability and reinforcement to every stakeholder for the purpose of business success. This intensive course is designed to provide financial regulators, senior bank executives and managers, company directors, and directors of and insurance and other financial institutions further training and insight into international best practice in corporate governance, including directors’ duties and responsibilities. Participants will emerge with a full understanding of corporate governance through specific case studies that show effective and ineffective examples of governance. There will also be a portion of the course dedicated specifically to a director’s responsibilities.
